Inspired by Meema’a Felted Marsupial Tote in Stitch ‘n Bitch: the knitter’s handbook, pp. 172-173. Like that pattern, the bottom of the bag is knit first, then stitches are picked up all around and the sides are knit in the round. Unlike that pattern, however, the bottom and sides are bigger and two different colored yarns are knit together, as well as adding a flap and longer strap.
