Several typos in the English version of the pattern, and a few sentences in French. Still able to read but odd to follow.

Love the feel & color of the yarn but it is knitting up more like a fingering weight than a DK weight. Knitting with recomnended needles (US #2 & #4) is yielding a very very loose knit that will make for a drafty hat.

YARN SAMPLES:
Top pink: DK weight (true)
Middle: Buffalo Earth (see note)
Bottom red: Fingering weight
NOTE: Buffalo website says DK, yarn band says Sport, knits like fingering

So how to make this pattern & yarn combo work???
CO for largest size (size larger than I need) using US#2 needles (so it knits up smaller)… now getting a nice fabric. Will knit entire hat with US#2 needles.

Knit 2 repeat of pattern, ending on row 31 then started decreases.
