Lovely pattern… quick & easy knit. I wish the designer had listed gauge in the pattern as I had to guess on the yarn/needle combo to get proper size.

Wonderful texture detail & patterning created in the yoke section with the ingenious increase method.

My modifications:
Knit as instructed up to the sleeve section. Put sleeve stitches on holders & continued knitting body of coat.
Then put held sleeve stitches (one sleeve at a time) back on needles & knit sleeves in the round to eliminate the need for seaming.

Added a row of single crochet along one side the front yoke for the buttons and a row of single crochet & button loops on the other side.

I was able to get 2 of these out of yarn left over from another project.
