I cast on 8 extra stitches for a tiny bit more room. Also, this was the first time I’ve started a project with a provisional cast-on. It wasn’t really that bad!

The KP Shine is quite smooth, but knitting with cotton yarns has never been my favorite. Oh well, at least it’s yarn from the stash!
