This is my first time knitting toe-up socks. Took a little bit to get the cast on and figure it out for dpns.

Worked 8 increases in the toe before switching to cranberry and starting lace pattern.

Knitting has been hampered by three days without power, but I’m back at it now and making progress.

Side tracked by a new cardigan project, I’ve finically finished one sock (12/29/13). I should have gone for one more lace repeat with it, but I still love it.
