Some month ago a friend of mine talked about the work of Karen Allen and that she is using patterns from the Brother books in tuck stitch technique. Immediately I was enthusiastic about her work. I was very curious how such wonderful projects can be done and started to test patterns from the yellow stitch world book. I tested tuck stitch patterns, multicolored and plated tuckstich, (nr 223 -322) and even patterns for automatic knitting carriage in tuck stitch technique and changed every 2 rows the color. To me it was a totally fascinating experience to see, what happens, when you do so and have a look on the right sight.
It took a while to find my faved pattern and now finally the project is finished. Worked as cut and sew with merino yarn (still dreaming of cashmere :-))
