I used DVD by Meg Swanson bought thru amazon.com. It is worth every Penny. Helped with Construction. My suggestion use wool. Purl on back at decrease and increase to get a nice visible diagonal line. I made it with Acryilic yarn and size 8 needles. Too big and I had to overlap 1inch on shoulder seams and it made a very good strong shoulder Pads.
