I had the green Lima gifted to me. I started the project thinking it’s all Nepal and wanted to use the rest of the cream Nepal I had.
In the beginning, I thought I’d use the green yarn just for trim and tassel/pompom, but ran out of the cream yarn quickly and had to alternate colors, to finish the hat.

As and ad-hoc project, I think the outcome is quite pleasing and cute. It might be a little small for my 2-y-o, but there are other babies around who might wear this hat.

This is the third or fourth Purl Bee/Purl Soho project I made. I have to say, I admire the way these patterns are written and how the engineering is done. Very clear, easy to finish, simple, fun and stylish.
