5/15/12 - Finally finished the first sock. This took a lot more yarn than I originally anticipated but my god is it a comfy sock. My original intention was to make two different colours, but the pattern looks so beautiful in this bright green I’ll probably make them both to match.

8/17/12 - Throwing myself off a bridge! I managed to get all the way through turning the heel before I read the paragraph that clearly states how to make the socks symmetrical. And guess who skipped those instructions? THIS GUY. So I guess now I have two non-symmetrical socks, that are bright green. Lovely.

8/23/12 - So it’s 4:20 in the morning and I’ve just finished my second sock. Yeah, I’m a little disappointed I have two identical socks vs symmetrical, but I’ll get over it. The fact that I actually finished a pair of socks vs just one sock is pretty amazing in of itself. And oh my god are these things comfy…
