Notes

I’ve been wanting to make this pattern and use this yarn. Finally put the 2 together.

  • omit the back short rows. I need the front for bust shaping.

  • make this more a-line and add a repeat for the lace at the bottom? No. Did the pattern.

  • remember to switch to larger needle for lace hem!

  • did 2.5 repeats then bound off by purling one row (after the plain knit row) then doing a stretchy bind-off.

  • this yarn doesn’t behave like other linen blend yarns. Stiff after washing and air drying and also stiff after dryer. Softens up with wear. Not my favorite and I’m not surprised it is discontinued.
