Chart 8. 6 hours. Coz i did it wrong first time despite counting…tinking back 547 stitches with beads…left the beads in and then had to move most of them one stitch. Over….
The purl row flew by in comparison..

So tip. Use stitch markers in section B of chart 8.

Chart 9
Each beading row averaging one hour..
I was able to reduce that by putting all the beads on the stitches first and then pushing the stitches back to the beginning of the row and then knitting (or purling) right through.
Total hours to complete 9 ~ 20
Hours to complete cast off just shy of 2hours.

Total hours to complete ~ 45 (but would have been less if I hadn’t mucked up chart 8)

note on yarn usage:

I ran short of yarn with 1.5 regular rows and the cast of to go.

I had another skein - so I could use the end colour to complete.

I think one skein of VFA could be enough to finish, if you went down a needle size and if you did the Indian cross stitch with only two wraps instead of three. The transition layer will be thinner and less open but you could then just use one skein.
