Restart.

Decided a dk weight cowl would be too thick heavy.
So decided to knit a sweater instead that will make better use of these lovely yarns.
Since the marled yarn looks like an English garden as it knits up, the pattern in my library Secret Garden seemed appropriate.

Finally separated for sleeves. Phew.

Well. Finished the knitting.

I modified the bottom of the sweater to a tunic shape with shirt tails front and back. I prefer this shape. And I had plenty of yarn for the added length. It’s on ReDddy blocking now and the icord edges are no longer curling.

Other modification, did not add the stated number of stitches at the sleeve split, instead increased by half the pattern repeat. 13 sts instead of 19. Some mathing needed to have the sleeves placed such that the pattern repeats were symmetrical fron and back.
