Notes

For the cuff, strand of coil held along with strand of 3-ply spun from the same singles, 24 stitches cast on, garter stitch for two rows to control roll at edge, then reverse stockinette for the rest of the cuff to maximize the texture of the yarn. Then I dropped the coil and knit on with the 3-ply increasing to 56 stitches and started a sore-thumb gusset by increasing every third row until I had enough stitches to accommodate the circumference of my thumb plus some ease, in this case 25 stitches or about 3 inches.

Roving is from Dancing Leaf Farm - Carnival Colorway
