Notes

04-30-13 My post about how much I love this shell.

04-05-13 Finished. (Photos a little later.) I love this shell! The fit is very forgiving. The armholes and neckline are quite flattering. I would definitely use this pattern again!

09-28-12 As I just posted on my blog, “My New Shell is coming along. The bottom edge is sturdy (I cast-on with a smooth black yarn.) and the texture feels just right. I am glad that it will not have side seams.”

09-12-12 Over a year ago, I began a different seamed shell with this yarn. My gauge was off. It is a bit hard to measure gauge with this yarn. I finally decided to rip it all out when I had more than three quarters of the knitting done. Read about this in my blog post “Knitter’s Denial”. I am now very ready for a re-start.
