We got this yarn at Golden Dragon, a craft store in Singapore Chinatown. It was on sale -- 40 SGD for 10 balls of the silkylicious bamboo yarn.

Was so excited about it, and went online to find patterns… Slightly disappointed when I found out that they’ve discontinued the yarn… :| Little feedback on this yarn with crocheted items, too.

I followed the pattern for the L size, but I upped the hook size from H to J. Came out wonderfully drapey and soft… :D I wish it were mine. But it’s my gift to my mom for bringing me to Singapore (I think I got the better end of the bargain!).

The most difficult part for me were the buttons. This is my first time making buttonholes and button covers… I was pretty nervous about the placing and sewing. But it came out all right, I think.
