I like this project so much (and it’s been so hot here) that I wasn’t in a hurry to finish this. That all changes this weekend. Will post some in-progress pics soon.

I ended up making a mistake while working either the last part of the increase section or the first part of the straight section. You can see it visibly in the 2nd photo as the drop stitch wouldn’t run all the way down. I’m sure that Mal Lace is felt-prone enough to spit-splice, but I’m just too nervous to cut it and try. No one but another knitter would notice unless I pointed it out. And it’s for me. I’ll try to “model” some shots soon for scale. It’s about 6ft or so long and a foot/foot&half wide.
