Made in colors for University of Minnesota. A bit tedious in the work, but should be very warm. My hands feel too big for my body when I put them on, almost like my balance is off. :)

I made these for my son during his early college years. Being a “college man” he was concerned about wearing “appropriate” clothing. When I told him that I was working on the mittens for him in his school colors, he replied, “Men don’t wear mittens.”

When I completed the mittens, I presented them to him with the acknowledgment that he could choose not to take them in consideration of his earlier statement. He tried one on, immediately reached for the second mitten and said, “Men DO wear mittens.”
