The finished socks were a hit with Lil One! The pattern will go through testing and with luck be available this fall in sizes from baby to girl’s 13 shoe (3.5” midfoot to a 7.5” midfoot). Keep up with the latest for this design and others at my blog!

5/9/2012 - I’ve had the idea for a while to create a nice girly lace-cuff sock, and the clara’s garden seemed to make a good traditional baby girl choice to try it out. I am creating as I go, but basically it is a basic toe, short-row heel and then up with a rib section followed by a fold-over lace cuff.
