Notes

I liked this pattern, but it was a tricky one. I think if I did it again, I’d know what to expect and maybe know when/how to check my work so that I didn’t find my mistakes so far after I made them. It is not noticable to the untrained eye, but I see that I did mix up a few rows and doubled a decrease here and there. Oh well. This was a learning experience.
The yarn was, gasp, not that great a color for me. I think I would have been happier with this particular pattern if it had been in a silk-wool in jet black or navy. I’m finding the not quite green, not quite teal color a little tricky to blend into my wardrobe. It is totally my issue. The color is very pretty, but now I think it might need a denser knit faced pattern to really bring out the subtle colorway.
