After struggling to make the stars on my blue flag area, ALL DAY LONG, I finally changed my plan. I had tried asterick stars, x-st with a tip for a 5th point, and just cross stitches - all bad. The stitches went between the blue satin stitches, and half disappeared. I finally ripped out the last time and put in French Knots. Just happy it is over, and happy that I got 26 Fr Knots on my pillowcase 2 days ago, or I’d never had the nerve to try, as I always botched them and they are a no fix botch for me. Just like the other 26, all 12 of these came out! :)
