This is a designer given pattern, on her own blog. There are some pre-instructions on the page, which I’ll give a translation for, and know that the numbers on the diagram are a little hard to read. The hard to read ones are usually because of the 1 might look like a 7, or because the 4 might look like a 6. The hard to read ones are either 10, or 14, or 4. The other numbers are clear. As you can see from the pics, the picots are very small joining picots, not decorative ones that show.

Translated Instructions: SHUTTLE & BALL CTM
Make the 5 center ‘leaf’ rings
Make chain over the leaf ring on diagram, I think it is the last leaf of the 5, but might be the first leaf. (This is how you move around without split rings)
Continue with ring & chain until the last chain connects to center top of 5 leaf rings.
Cut & Hide ends.

MY NOTES: The pattern starts with the right ‘leaf’ ring. When you finish the 5th leaf ring, it was tricky for me to get the ring in the right position to flip it and get the right orientation. the chain should go over the top of that 5th ring on the left, where you will then make another ring, then chain, etc.
