Needle tatted. Although I make even rings and shells quite well in needle-tatting, I found directions that had variation in how many rings and put where, increased the wonkiness of my chains, and it was easy for me to twist them. It is definitely not my best work, I usually shuttle tat, but I don’t want to totally forget what I already know in needle-tatting, but increase my skill in it. I like knowing how to do different things.

I started off with this thread that is a dark brown and white variation, and it really makes your eye jump - so bad I even had trouble just tatting with it! The brown part disappeared on the brown table and the white thread disappeared on the white coffee table. I made a strong cup of instant coffee and soaked it in it, to create and all brown variation, and like it better.
