Crappy phone pics for now… it’s so hard to take a photo of myself, and I’m lazy.

The construction on this sweater is pure genius, and the time and effort that has gone into pattern development is huge! I want to make another one in a cotton blend and make it longer and not run out of yarn in the collar this time ;P

The yarn is beautiful. It withstands a lot of messing around with, and hasn’t pilled as yet, it just has a nice soft fuzzy halo that makes it warmer and more comfortable. I was very worried that I’d have strange pooling and different shades within the 5 skeins, as they were so different in colour, but it all worked out rather well! It’s not that often that you find a yarn that is this soft, this durable, and this pretty.

Beautiful sweater…now if only I lived somewhere cold. sigh

So the photos are all kind of meh. It is very hard to take photos of yourself in a sweater, apparently. I don’t really like the ones that I took of it hanging up.
