I finished it yesterday, and can I just say “I love this hat!” I will have to make my own because my husband will not get to wear it if I “borrow” it every time I want to.

I am using Zitron Patina instead of the recommended yarn so I am having to use two strands to get the gauge.

I don’t feel super competent with this pattern yet, but the back loop only slip stitch used for some of the ribbing is amazingly stretchy.

I can hardly wait to finish it.
