If you want to make your own Granny Square Sampler, here is a link to the squares I reverse engineered to get the look in the photo.

The link include directions for B-1 though B-5, C-1 through C-5, D-1 through D-5. E-1 through E-6, F-1, F-2, G-1, H-1, I-1, and I-2.

I started this afghan about 12 years ago. The pieces didn’t quite fit together and ruffled too much. Now I know enough to know that the directions are not entirely correct, and I am going to do my best to finish this afghan.

I’m hot, tired, and cranky from running errands in the heat, and at the same time, totally overjoyed to have finished this project. It had been so many years since my first attempt, I never seriously contemplated finishing it.
