I have woven in the ends on one end of the scarf, but have some work to do on the other end. Then I need to block it.

When I make this pattern again, one thing I will do differently is that I will have weave ends in every now and then as I work on it, leaving the last two rows unwoven in case there is a mistake I have overlooked.

I may need to break down and get a blocking board for this as I think it will benefit greatly from being pinned in place while damp, and I don’t currently have a surface large enough to do that.

I am using vintage black and white acrylic yarn to make this piece. While the “colors” are outside my comfort zone, they are perfect for the intended recipient, and they meet the requirement for the month of being from the stash I purchased just before Halloween.
