Well! I hadn’t intended to take a 5 year break from this pattern. Thankfully, I left myself enough notes to pick it back up. Continued where I left off in August 2015. I’d stopped around the 4th color change in Falling Leaves.

I ran out of Sunset Heather a couple rows from the end of when I needed to, but it worked out. I’d read that the Nocturne Heather runs out, so I found a lovely Raveler that had a partial ball and was willing to sell it to me. It’s 36.8g. We’ll see how much I use.

02-07-2016

Finally finished the snowflakes section. When I was done, the weight of the extra partial ball I had was 26.0 grams, so I used 10.8 grams, or about 86 yards.

Finally finished with the Snowdrifts section. I played yarn chicken with the Midnight Heather and won by 2.1 grams. :) 11 more rows plus bind off left!
