Love this little sweater!

This is GORGEOUS. I recommend using a yarn with a nice sheen to show off the double garter stitch. Avoid highly textured yarns and anything extra fuzzy, or you won’t be able to see the pretty! I experimented extensively before choosing a yarn. Can you tell?

I found, strangely enough, that the double-garter stitch only worked if I wrapped my yarn in the wrong direction. I do not know why that is. The video of the technique shared in the pattern is worked continental, I think, which might account for my difficulty, as I knit right-handed. Who knows. A gold star to anyone who can explain this to me!
