An absolutely beautiful pattern, I began this project over eight years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. It was in a stash bag, and I put it on my list of things I wanted to finish.
Once you get the pattern going, it’s pretty easy to remember. I stopped cutting the white and carried it over the edges because it was going to be covered by the edging anyway. This made it much easier to sew in less ends, as there were so many created by the changing colors. That’s my only complaint, but I went into the project knowing I had to weave in the ends anyway.
I will be writing an additional blog rejoicing in the fact that I finished my first UFO!
