knitted 20 rounds instead of 17 for tier 1, and 31 rounds for tier 2.

Started the ruffles bottom up, knit the 2nd pattern ruffle for ruffle 3, and 3rd pattern for ruffle 2. On ruffle 1 I started increasing every other purl set on row 1 of the pattern by doing a kfb into the first purl on repeat 6, and again increasing on repeat 7, 8 and 9.
Ruffle 2 I knit 2 extra knit rounds before the purl and bind off rounds.
