Notes

Walking Cowl
Walking outside is a healthy and peaceful way to get exercise and connect with others, while staying socially distant during this pandemic. I’m so grateful for hikes and conversations with my buddies. Listening to music and walking helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Who says you can’t walk outside in the winter? You only need a little gear and away you go! Treat yourself to a walk today.
Here’s a fun and easy cowl pattern for a cowl that can cover your nose and mouth. It will easily stretch to fit over a mask, too. I hope you enjoy knitting it.
The cowl is approximately 8 1/2” deep x 21” in circumference.
Gauge is approximately 3 sts./in.
