I have decided for a short version - cuter with short summer skirts and shorts!
so I am at the sleeve bind-off and decreases - wish me luck!

I have had an idea buzzing in my head for a few months now
I have finally started Emma’s sweater (Emma is my great niece, 8 years old)

I am making it in a beautiful fuchsia and a leaf green
it will be half pink and half green, half vertical ribs half horizontal ribs
We shall see!

we are finally getting there! I just need to sew the shoulder seams and decide on a crochet edging! I think I have a button in the right color green. I hope to get this in the mail by the end of the week!
