Modifications
Cotton Thread is 24 wpi (approximately size 20 thread?)
I used provisional cast on and worked k1, p1 ribbing, folding it over and knitting the cast on sts together with the ribbing stitches on the last round. (The finished neck ribbing measures 3/4” after knitting edges together.) I then worked the first increase round. Then I worked a Latvian braid and one even round of stockinette before starting chart.
I worked the cuffs before binding off the body. After the cuffs, I worked 8 rows/4 ridges garter stitch (front and back separately,) keeping the increases as established. I then followed with a 3-stitch I-cord bindoff.

Pattern gives stitch count at end of yoke, and continues until given length from start at shoulder. It then provides stitch counts to position cuffs. I’m not sure the cuffs will be at the right place… how do you know exactly how many stitches there will be in a round if you are increasing regularly to a given length?
I marked the cuff placement halfway between the center front and center back stitch right after the set-up round for the body.
