I prefer toe up, so just worked these that way.

As I started the twisting pattern, I wasn’t happy with it as written. It just didn’t feel balanced for me. I frogged it back to the toe and reversed the second repeat so they both moved toward the center of the sock.

I kept the pattern just running up the front of the socks, with the back in stockinette stitch. The last 2 repeats of the chart the back stitches were k2, p2 ribbing. I worked the last 5 rounds with stockinette over front stitches, maintaining ribbing over back.

Used sewn bind off.
