test thread

I used 2 strands (one purple and one blue) of 8/2 cone yarn held together to approximate fingering weight yarn. 8/2 yarn weighs in @336 yds/45.3g. Completed and including buttons and lace the dress weigh 166g.

The blue is acrylic, purple and white are cotton.

(166/45.3) x 336 =1223
1223/2 strands = 611 yds

The Bodice lace is Allison Tatted Edging without beads
Sleeve lace is 6 picots each chain joined in every other stitch around.
