I wanted to be able to full (felt) this hat so it would be durable and fit a small size head. This yarn was tough to work with because the colors of the ply and the twist meant that I split the stitch OFTEN. It also took about 30 minutes in my washer to shrink and I checked every 5 minutes.

I think it came out ok. The proof will be when Dave tries it on.
