Made the 6-12 month size.

Button band came out a little wonky but I think ok. Wonder how it would look if I just added 6 stitches of garter stitch to the beginning and ending of each row.

Used k1 k2tog tbl to bind off and this worked very well.

Not crazy about knitting the sleeves separately. I could have just as easily made one sleeve 4.5” and the other 7”.
