Made this yesterday and today because I wear these silly tank tops every day in the summer (which isn’t ever going to come if feels like). I thought I would try to dress one up. Three bucks for the top at Walmart-worse thing I could do was lose three bucks. SCORE! I am really glad I wrote down what I did because I have like a million more tanks I may (or may not) do this to!
