I am not a huge fan of my color choice-I feel there are too many colors…BUT I like how it looks overall, so I’m sort of glad I went this route. I am going to use all of these colors in each of the other blocks she releases, but I may not include them ALL in each one, this will be the color sample platter, and the rest will be just different combos of these. I hope it turns out ok. :)

This is written in the same style as her other patterns, there are a few mistakes, there are a few omissions and places where we are told to ‘mirror’ our work (which is a bit unfinished in a pattern) But a very experienced crocheter should have no problems muddling through. Her videos are a great supplement to get you through, and I find I do need to use them at times to clearly see what she is trying to convey in the written form. In no way am I saying this is bad, this is just an honest review of the patterns in case you are considering trying one. Her patterns are amazing and genius, lots of fun, but will not be fast work. I don’t like to use the star rating for Jen’s patterns, because I don’t want to give less than five stars and I feel with the few errors I’d have to do so if I were to be honest since this is a paid pattern. Rather, I give you my true words-she does not charge enough for her patterns, and I love working them.
