Using tighter tension and different color placement.

I couldn’t get over the fact that I didn’t really like my first color choice-so I figured I’d start another just to see, and then I figured I’d try it with tighter tension since I am typically loosey goosey, but I want to see what happens with the smaller hook for better stitch definition. So far I am liking it a LOT.

For part three I went a little rogue on the color scheme as I wanted to highlight the lovely shape of round two….so I used a darker blue in certain areas to help make the shape pop because it spoke to me…

In conclusion:
I have been dealing with a little bit of a medical question mark the last few weeks so this has been a happy diversion for me. Tomorrow is the day I should get the verdict so I will be plunging ahead-just no sure which road I’m taking this plunge on! haha! If all goes well though, I should be able to focus on my pattern writing again. I don’t do well with uncertainty so this is why this particular project was good for me, I could focus only on these stitches, counting these flowers, and loving these colors. Good news or bad at least it will be news and that stupid question mark can turn into an exclamation point! :)

I’ve often mentioned that crochet is my stress relief. It is more than that. Sometimes, that yarn is my lifeline to sanity. It is my smile in the dark, my laughter in the tears and my guide through the wilderness of life. These past few weeks it has been all of that and I’m so happy that I can turn inner turmoils and demons into something pretty and useful!
