This little piggie is a fun little diversion for me. It has been hard thinking about crocheting ever since my Grammy passed away. I miss her so much, and it still hurts to touch my hook. I have been quilting, playing with my flowers and organizing…pretty much anything to distract me. But today I did it, and I am glad I did. She is gonna be so cute! When I was little I had a “this little piggie” book. The story goes that when my mom went to read it to me one day she read, “this little piggie had roast beef and this little piggie had none.” I interrupted her and told her that I gave him some. I had drawn roast beef onto his empty plate in the book .

The pattern is missing the dress portion, I just did sc, ch3, sc in skipped loops. The nose turned out weird so I modified it. Left off cheeks as they could come off too easy.
