This one is a doosey! Keeps you on your toes-but I’m just in the mental place for a project like this. Had a few minor setbacks-one being that I didn’t realize I was supposed to use an F hook until I was done with my first motif! doh! One can never be too confident in their crochet ability, and sometimes you need a project like this to knock you down a peg or two.

I actually changed up the border a little-I did dark/light/dark and then a final round in black-instead of light/dark/black/black like the pattern wanted.

I wanted to just test the pattern and see if I could do it…but now I am thinking I may actually make an afghan out of it…we shall see.
