I started this earlier and then frogged it and started again a week later because the 28 just worked up insanely small and I am one stitch over gauge (12 instead of 11). It still appears small but I am hoping once it’s blocked and finished it will fit my tiny cousin.

This pattern does run extremely small. My cousin is a size 00 and she JUST fit the size 32. She loved the sweater but I would definitely suggest you go up two sizes when making this one.
