Notes

This cardigan took me forever to knit, but I’m crazy happy with the outcome.

Changes
Pattern was fun and contiguous method instant became a new favorite technique. I followed pattern all the way except a few inched extra in the waist and arms since I’m tall.

Size
I went up a size to get a more relaxed fit but could easily wear the size smaller I think.

Yarn
Madeline Tosh Merino Light grew like crazy then I blocked. I wanted a shorter waist but the cardigan grew at least 2 inches after blocking. Since I wasn’t happy with the size I threw the cardigan in the dryer for a couple of minutes. I just gave it a quick spray of water and threw it in there with a beating heart. After I few nail biting minutes size became perfect.

This isn’t my favorite yarn… It’s alright but thats it. For the price I expected more. It feels a bit like a fleece jacket in the fabric. And the growing part - not fun! But everything is (almost!) forgiven because of this amazing grey color.

Notes
I think the deepth of the armpit is a bit to deep (see my fifth picture). But I can live with that.
