This is a character from the Lady Helen series by Alison Goodman. He’s wearing his suit from the wedding scene in the final book of the trilogy: Dark Days Deceit.

I don’t think I did his face tattoos or outfit justice, but I hope it conveys how much I adore this character and the series itself.
