Notes

Searching the Web for free Easter Bunny knitting patterns I found several bunny bowls on Pinterest that were crocheted. They were all so adorable, unfortunately I do not know how to crochet. Could not find any similar patterns on Ravelry, so decided to adapt this pattern to see if a similar look could be achieved. Knit all pieces in the round. Mystery Wool/Acrylic Mix held double on US size 7. Mini Bow Tie on US size 3.

Head
Cast on 7 Stitches, used Pinhole Cast-On. This begins at the back of the bunny’s head. All M1 used KFB.

Ears (make 2)

Cast on 12 St
Knit 18 rows and decrease 1 stitch (K2tog) each end of next and every 4th row until 2 st remain. (decreased first and last stitch on row 2,6,10,14,18 )
K2tog and fasten off

Arms (make 2)

Cast on 7 stitches. Used size US 7 dpn’s.

Leg

Cast on 19 stitches using Judy’s Magic Cast-On this begins the bottom of the shoe. For the shoe’s top strap crochet a chain long enough to stretch across the foot of the rabbit and stitch in place like a pair of mary-jane shoes. F/5 3.75MM

Felted Bowl For The Body

Did not felt the bowl and knit on US size 7 dpn’s. Cast on 42. Knit 15 ridges garter stitch before decreasing.
Decreases:
