4/2/16: back in to add another skein or so to the length, repick up neck with us3 to bring it in a bit. i have enough now to make two (prototype one color blackberry one takes 12 skeins/1476 yds.)

3/19/16: came out an oversized, boxy cotton/linen summer sweater, one size fits all. only i’m thinking of lengthening this one by a couple of skeins as boxy doesn’t do well on me. putting it by for now…

3/18/17: ruckle’s fabric good for sleeve construction, proved too dense in stockinette, so after a stockinette decrease band switch to old shale. eliminate border.

3/13/16: triangles 24 rows straight after increases. pu 70 sts along first triangle edge, turn and (p2, pu 1)to end, turn and k, picking up sts evenly as needed to reach 110, cast on 19;
separately, pu 70 sts along second triangle edge, turn and (p2, pu 1) to end. turn, then join to19 cast on sts on first piece and k to end, picking up sts evenly as needed to reach 110.
garter stiches for 18 rs rdges,slip stitch on sleeve edges.
next rs, bind off 40, k to end, turn, bind off 40, slip remaining 159 sts to waste yarn.
repeat with other side. slip 159 sts from waste yarn back onto needle and join. k one round, then continue stockinette section in round beginning with first descrease round like a big sock toe. decrease until 144 sts remain each side, adjusting as necessary. switch to us5 p one row and then begin old shale psttern.
