Planning on doing an extra cable

Note that because she wrote the pattern doing a funky cast on that I am not capable of, and I used a regular old cast on, I found that each of the cable rows needed to be followed by a purl row, and then I went on with the 12 rows (6 each of row 1 and row 2) before hitting the next cable row.

I messaged Thao to make sure I was right about needing to do the purl row and got a super fast super nice response from her. Not just a great pattern, but a really nice patternmaker too!

Finished in under 24 hours (not bad since there was a long day at work in there). Had to get a craptastic computer picture of it--will get a better one later. My only regret is that it isn’t cold enough to wear it yet!
