Notes

Finished and blocked. I didn’t make the tie per the directions because I couldn’t quite understand them :) so I just made one up, will probably re-do it at some point.

The skirt definitely grew in length which makes me a little disappointed even though I somewhat expected it. I just might have to try wearing it at my true waist - novel idea right?

I would add that for those trying to decide what size to make I am a size 6 (generally speaking), 5’5” and I chose to make the small. And really, with how much give and drape this has the x-small might have been okay. Or maybe I should have used size 4 needles.

Also, plan for the sheer-ness of the skirt. I bought some 3 dollar tights at Target and just plan cut them and wear them as shorts underneath.

07/02/2010 it won’t be long now! (photo taken at knit night) Only mod I made thus far was to start increasing a bit more quickly when it was at a length I liked, but I have hunch it is going to grow quite a lot when it is wet!
