inc 1 ea side (as if sts were divided onto 2 ndls) = 36

knit in St st for ca 2”, SR heel over 1/2 sts with 4 SRs ea side, then begin to knit in the rd again, “eating” the Shadow Wraps as you get to them and cont in the rd until the desired length has been reached, then 1x1 rib, ending with Russian BO.

Next time, however, just do 2x2 rib for leg part…looks nicer and probably stays better in place when worn
